Purpose:

The labourer's primary responsibility is to move drainage pipe into the construction area using a tractor, and then manually cut and connect the pipe.  

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Measure, cut and connect a pipe drainage system
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, when required
• Perform pre-operational inspections

Work Setting / Environment:

• Farm and rural settings
• Working in all weather conditions including but not limited to, cold, hot, outdoors, dusty and noisy.  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Long periods of walking and standing

Ideally we are looking for someone that can:

• Work long shifts
• Full time hours
• Has a G2 or G drivers license
