PDI TECHNICIAN/YARD PERSON

Job Details: Full-Time

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
To be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm

Each year, our customer base is growing and we need to grow as well to serve them better. We always strive for perfection in everything we accomplish and also strive for quick turnaround service to enhance the customer retail experience.

We are actively seeking a PDI Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assemble and install accessories for the units we sell such as ATVs, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles, Trailers, Lawn and Garden Equipment, Snowblowers, Trailers and more.

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assembling new units
- Installing accessories
- Maintaining a working knowledge of changes in technology and assembly techniques
- Online Computer training (ongoing)
- Detailing units prior to customer pick up
- Operating the forklift (loading and unloading units)
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances
- Snow removal
- Keeping yard organized and clean
- Keeping the shop organized and clean
- Delivering and picking up customer units

Qualifications:
- Must have some mechanical knowledge in powersports
- Experience in small engines and marine equipment would be an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift experience is an asset (training provided)
- Strong communicational skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
